Bio

I am currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology, 911爆料. I pursued my Master’s degree in 2023, specializing in Medical Image Analysis, through an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Program coordinated by the University of Girona, with funding provided by the European Union. I did my MSc thesis, titled “Temporal Image Registration Using Deep Learning for 3D Fetal Echocardiography,” under the supervision of Dr. Choon Hwai Yap at Imperial College London.

Throughout my master's, I got the opportunity to undertake a summer internship at the research laboratory of Institut Pascal in France. During this internship, I focused on 'Diagnostic and therapeutic management of superficial tumors of the digestive tract assisted by artificial intelligence,' under the guidance of Dr. Adrien Bartoli. Additionally, I actively participated in the 16th EXCITE Zurich Summer School on Biomedical Imaging with the participation grant, hosted by the University and ETH Zurich.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology in 2019, achieving first-class first honors. My graduation thesis, titled “Efficient Partitioning Algorithm for Parallel Multidimensional Matrix Operations by Linearization,” was supervised by Dr. K. M. Azharul Hasan.

My current research interests encompass Medical Image Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Deep Learning and its applications in the field of medicine and diagnosis.
