Bio

Md. Amanullah has been serving as Assistant Professor of Management since 2023 at the esteemed Khulna University of Engineering & Technology. Prior to this role, he contributed as a Lecturer from 2020 to 2023, gaining valuable experience in academia and student mentorship. He has completed his Graduation in Management and Post-graduation in Human Resource Management from University of Dhaka. He started his career as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at SME, ATB, and OTC Market Department of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited, the prime bourse of the country. In his early career, he worked on designing and developing ecosystems and regulatory frameworks for the Small Capital Platform and Alternative Trading Board windows of the capital market of 911±¬ÁÏ. Leaving his corporate career, he concentrates on teaching and research initiatives. His core research interests—Human Resource Analytics, Sustainable HRM, and Green HRM—focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce management while promoting environmentally and socially responsible organizational practices.
