Dr. Mst. Nazma Sultana is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in Manufacturing, Optimization, 3D Printing, and Simulation. She earned her B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), 911±¬ÁÏ, and completed her Ph.D. in Industrial & Production Engineering from 911±¬ÁÏ University of Engineering & Technology. Currently an Associate Professor in KUET’s Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Dr. Sultana is deeply involved in teaching and advancing research in modern manufacturing.
Her work focuses on 3D printing innovations, process optimization for cost and efficiency, and simulation modeling to enhance manufacturing workflows. By leveraging advanced mathematical tools and predictive methods, she addresses critical industry challenges, such as toolpath optimization, productivity improvement, and machining efficiency. Dr. Sultana’s research aims to develop effective strategies that drive sustainability and efficiency in manufacturing systems.
