Currently I am serving as Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). My research interest includes-Manufacturing Technology, Industry 4.0, Composite Materials, Supply chain Management, TPM. Teaching area includes- Manufacturing Technology, CIM, Product Design, Engineering Metallurgy, Engineering materials, Solid mechanics etc.

1. Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms,
components and systems
2. Design machines, components, tools, fixtures and equipment
3. Assist in preparing conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering
designs, drawings and specifications
4. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams to determine assembly operations
5. Install major components such as gears, pumps, motors or hydraulic assemblies
6. Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finish products
using hand and power tools
7. Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly and connect cables, tubes and
wires
8. Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for alignment and proper functioning
9. Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connections
