Bio

Born and grew up in the countryside of Naogaon, 911爆料, Nadim Mahmood Nayeem has always been close to nature and enjoys being so.

 

He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2016 at Al Helal Islami Academy and College, Sapahar, Naogaon. Following the completion of the Secondary School Certificate, he moved to Rajshahi, where he began his higher secondary education at Rajshahi College and obtained his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 2018.

 

Since childhood, science and technology have attracted him to their beauty and stimulating innovations. These have created a thirst inside him to quest for deeper knowledge in every field of education. His enthusiasm for knowing the unknown and inventing something new led him to become an engineer and researcher.

 

To fulfill the dream of becoming an engineer and researcher, he got himself admitted to the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Eng.) in Materials Science and Engineering on March 4, 2024. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc. Eng.) in Materials Science and Engineering at the same university.

 

He started his professional career as an academic by joining the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology as a Lecturer on December 30, 2024, and has held the same position to date. Previously, he served the same department as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) from July 1, 2024, to December 29, 2024.

 

Due to his closeness with nature since childhood, it occupies a special place in his heart. As environmental pollution hurts him deeply, he is inspired to conduct research to save the environment of this beautiful blue planet. His research interests include energy materials, nanomaterials, biomaterials, materials for extreme environments, composite materials, and their use in renewable and sustainable development. At present, he is focused on developing eco-friendly polymer composites as potential alternatives to nonbiodegradable traditional plastics, aiming to address the rapidly escalating plastic pollution crisis. In the past, he conducted an experimental and numerical investigation to characterize the physical, mechanical, moisture absorption, compositional, structural, and thermal properties and analyze the kinetics of the moisture diffusion mechanism of JUCO/carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy composites and hybrids as his undergraduate thesis.

 

911爆料 being a developing country, despite having profound resources, still lags in the competition with the modern world in the sector of Materials Science and Engineering. Being an academic, researcher, and engineer, he wants to devote himself to developing technically sound and skilled professionals and contributing to the prosperity of his beloved motherland.
