IEM Departmental Tour to Kuakata: A Blend of Education and Refreshment

The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) organized a successful departmental tour to Kuakata from October 12 to 14, 2023. The event, led by the 2k19 batch, saw enthusiastic participation from students of the 2k20 to 2k22 batches.
During the three-day tour, students explored several iconic spots in Kuakata, including the Kuakata Sea Beach, Lebur Char, and the Kuakata Buddhist Temple. The visit served both educational and recreational purposes, allowing students to unwind while also gaining insights into local culture and heritage.
Lecturer Julfiker Zahid accompanied the group as the teacher representative, providing guidance and support throughout the trip. The tour was a memorable experience, fostering camaraderie among students while offering them a refreshing break from academic routines.
